The Platform offers AI-powered tools that can create images, email drafts and agreement drafts based on instructions submitted by users.

Information regarding available tools, output types, pricing and applicable usage limits is displayed on the Platform and may be changed or updated from time to time.

Because the generated content is produced automatically, it may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, be unavailable or not be appropriate for a particular purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing, modifying and verifying any generated content before downloading, publishing, sending, signing, using or otherwise relying on it.

03AI-Generated Agreements

Any agreements or legal documents generated through the Platform are intended solely as general information and drafting assistance.

Such documents do not constitute legal advice, do not establish a solicitor-client or attorney-client relationship, and should not be considered a replacement for advice from a qualified legal professional.

05Account Registration

Each user may have only one active account.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts where the information provided is false, misleading or inaccurate, or where an account has remained inactive for an extended period.

06Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content

You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations and legal requirements.

You may not use the Platform to create, generate, upload, distribute, publish or otherwise facilitate:

• material that violates applicable laws, regulations, court orders or third-party rights;
• material that infringes or unlawfully uses copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, privacy rights, publicity rights or other intellectual property or proprietary rights;
• fraudulent, deceptive or misleading content, including material intended to facilitate scams, impersonation, phishing or other fraudulent conduct;
• content that promotes, assists or facilitates illegal activities or attempts to circumvent legal or regulatory requirements;
• malware, viruses, malicious software or other code designed to damage, disrupt, compromise or interfere with systems, networks or data;
• content intended to obtain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, services or information;
• any material involving the sexual exploitation or sexual abuse of minors, including child sexual abuse material;
• non-consensual intimate or sexual content, or material intended to sexually exploit another individual;
• content that unlawfully exposes, discloses or facilitates the misuse of another person's personal, private or confidential information;
• content that threatens, harasses, stalks or materially facilitates violence or other unlawful harm against another person;
• content intended to bypass, disable, circumvent or interfere with security mechanisms, access controls, technical restrictions or usage limits of the Platform or third-party services;
• automated, abusive or disruptive activity intended to interfere with the ordinary functioning of the Platform or avoid applicable restrictions; or
• any other unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive or materially rights-infringing activity.

You must have all necessary rights, permissions, consents and other lawful grounds required to submit User Content to the Platform and request its processing, transformation or generation.

You are also responsible for ensuring that generated content is used in accordance with applicable law and does not infringe the rights of any individual or organization.

We may investigate suspected violations of these Terms or applicable law. Where appropriate, we may suspend or terminate access, remove or restrict User Content or generated material, reject or cancel requests, or take other measures reasonably necessary to address a violation.

Where legally required or permitted, we may cooperate with law enforcement agencies or other competent authorities.

Nothing in this section is intended to restrict any consumer rights or legal remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

07AI Content Policy

The Platform may provide AI-generated characters and chat-based experiences.

AI characters are fictional and must not be used to impersonate real individuals.

The Platform prohibits:

• pornographic or sexually explicit material;
• sexual content involving minors;
• illegal or harmful content;
• harassment;
• fraud;
• copyright infringement; and
• content that violates the rights of another person or entity.

Users may not attempt to circumvent or disable the Platform's safety systems, restrictions or content controls.

We reserve the right to refuse requests, remove prohibited content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach this Policy.

08Compliance and Reporting

You are expected to comply with these Terms and all other policies applicable to your use of the Platform.

09Financial Transactions and Internal Platform Balance

9.1 Platform Balance

The Platform uses an internal balance system (“Balance”) for paying for generations.

The Balance is intended exclusively for use within the Platform and does not constitute a bank account, payment instrument, electronic money account or cryptocurrency.

One unit of Balance is displayed as having a value of EUR 1.

9.2 Purchasing Balance

Balance units may be purchased using the payment methods made available through the Platform.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all payment information provided by you is accurate and complete.

9.3 Deduction of Balance

The applicable cost of generating an image, email or agreement is displayed on the relevant generation page.

The corresponding amount will be deducted from your Balance when you request the generation.

9.4 Generated Output

Once a generation has been successfully completed, the resulting output will be made available through the Platform for viewing or downloading.

We may reject, cancel, reverse or otherwise adjust a transaction where this is necessary for security purposes, fraud prevention, legal or regulatory compliance, correction of technical errors or payment-processing requirements.

10Credits and Top-Ups

Credits may be purchased directly through the Platform or through third-party service providers.

Where a third-party provider is involved in processing a top-up, the applicable terms and conditions of that provider may also apply.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchased credits are non-refundable.

11Refund Policy

11.1 Refund Eligibility

A refund may be available in the following circumstances:

• a purchased Digital Item has a technical defect that prevents you from accessing or using it, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days after you contact our support team;
• an unauthorized charge is identified on your account and confirmed following an investigation by our support team;
• a billing mistake, such as an overcharge or duplicate payment, has been verified and reported together with supporting evidence; or
• we identify potentially fraudulent transactions or other unusual activity that warrants a refund for security or legal reasons.

11.2 Consumer Cancellation Rights

Consumers residing in the EEA, United Kingdom or Switzerland may have the right to cancel a purchase of digital content within 14 days from delivery without providing a reason.

11.3 Loss of Cancellation Right

This cancellation right does not apply where you have expressly agreed to begin downloading or accessing the Digital Item during the cancellation period and acknowledged that doing so results in the loss of your cancellation right.

11.5 Refund Processing

Where a cancellation is valid, we will issue the applicable refund within 14 days of receiving your notification.

Depending on the payment provider involved, the processing period may in some cases extend to 30 days.

Refunds will generally be returned using the original payment method unless another method has been agreed upon. No additional refund fee will be charged.

12Intellectual Property

All materials and functionality made available through the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, software, features and underlying technology, are owned by or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless we provide prior written authorization, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit or create derivative works from such materials.

13Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless , its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses resulting from:

• your use of the Platform;
• your violation of these Terms; or
• your infringement of the rights of any third party.

14Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties concerning the operation, availability, accuracy, reliability, completeness or quality of the Platform, its content or the services provided through it.

15Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data and business interruption.

16Governing Law

These Terms and the relationship between you and shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
